For non-Simple Mode sync, the current tracks will be scanned and the un-needed files are removed before copying over any new tracks from iTunes. For me the headline changes were support for ZIP format archives, continuous backup when files change, and automated checkpointing.<br /><br />Since I was looking to upgrade I decided to checkout other applications. I had previously tested other applications before purchasing BBVFS v2 and didn't have time to test everything again. The main aim was so that we could use a Palm database application, such as JFile, MobileDB, or Pilot DB, to record diabetes and asthma events while away from the Mac. Obviously, separate databases are needed for each logbook.<br /><br />I discover an excellent freeware Mac application (<a href="http://www.mootjelitt.se/mpc" rel="self">MPC</a> from <a href="http://www.mootjelitt.se/" rel="self">M&ouml;&ouml;tjelitt</a> ) that helps to extract event data from Palm OS .pdb database files and into text files.
