SyncTunes
SyncTunes copies tracks and podcasts from iTunes to a mounted volume (e.g. such as a SD card in a card reader, or a PDA's expansion card using Missing Sync).

Who might find this useful? In short, many people with a Mac, iTunes and a PDA or phone with audio playback capability, or non-iPod music player.

Diabetes Logbook X provides Mac users with the ability to record and report diabetes information such as: glucose, insulins, carbs, medicines, and ketones.

Most importantly, it's your data so Diabetes Logbook X can export the data as a text file as well as import data from other diabetes applications, currently: Diabetes Logbook X, Logbook DM, and UTS Diabetes.

Asthma Logbook X provides Mac users with the ability to record and report asthma information such as: peak flow, inhalers, and medicines.

AF Selector
Airfoil Source Selector is a small utilty to easily connect Airfoil v2 to a few pre-selected apps.

Sound source applications include: Camino, Firefox, iTunes, QuickTime Player, RealPlayer and Safari.

Airfoil is an excellent application by Rogue Amoeba.
