Calling for Accu-Chek Smart Pix users

I know it has been a long time since the last update,
but all that means is that Snow Leopard didn't break
anything in v1.5.3 and we haven't needed new features
... until now.
We are getting ready to move my son to an insulin pump, the Accu-Chek Combo, and that means changing glucose meter too: the Combo's meter also can control the pump via bluetooth. The good news with Accu-Chek is that they have the USB Smart Pix for collecting data and creating reports, and it sort of works with Mac: I say sort of because everytime it refreshes its USB memory area it disconnects itself and the Mac throws up an error message warning that the disk was not properly ejected. So other than the irritating messages from Finder, the Smart Pix is able to receive meter and pump logs and then create raw XML text files (which I will use) and its own reports too.
I've currently got a beta of the Logbook that imports the XML files and tracks each device's last import date, so you can use multiple meters and each is tracked separately.
I've asked Accu-Chek (Roche) for the specification of the XML file so that I can accurately parse it, but they have refused to supply it as it isn't what they provide to end-users: that'll be the end-users that they direct to the XML files in the Smart Pix user guide. So what I need is example XML files from any Accu-Chek and Smart Pix users so that I can see what variations there are between different users and localisations. Also, to see if there are more event codes and flags.
So far I only have our example logs, so any meter and pump XML files that you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
The files are usually in the "reports/XML" folder of the "SMART_PIX" device. After reading the data from your device(s) either send the .XML files or zip the XML folder and send that.
You can send the files using the Support form.
